Sharp Edges on Norc Syn Stock

Hi,

I was wondering how you guys go about smoothing over the sharp edges on the stock. Do you use a file or sandpaper? Is there a way without actually rounding the edge, but just removing the burrs?

I just made a couple passes with a fine file on the edges of the stock. You don't actually have to visibly round off the edges to remove the sharp spots.

I used a razor knife held at 90* and drawn along the length of the burr.
Learned that machining plastic.

Green brillow pad for scuffing paint took the edge off mine. Doesn't take much.
