I was loading some 45-70 last night on my Lee hand Press, I noticed I was shaving some brass by the base of the round on my bullet seating die. I looked at the shell holder and there was a chunk of powder caught in there which I cleaned out. It appeared too fix the problem but I did end up shaving about 4 of 30 more after I cleaned the shell holder, what gives?
