Hey guys, new here so maybe this has been beaten to death, what is a good chassis to lighten up my rem700 300wm?

Most chassis aren't going to shed weight - most will add weight. Generally chassis tend to be for target shooting/accuracy, where weight isn't as much of an issue. As Tiriaq mentioned, MDT is about the best bet. They actually have a couple of chassis that are made for hunting and to shed weight.
