Looking for a compatible sight for my Q5 Match SF, I found Shield Optics. One of their Canadian distributors was less than forthcoming with information necessary to make the purchase; took them seven days to get back to me. Couldn't be bothered to answer the phone or return my messages. Emails to Shield were returned within hours. They are in the UK. I spoke to a representative at Shield several times via phone, regarding some issues I had with the lack of timely information to facilitate my purchase. A $50.- shooting shirt, a TekMat and other swag were included to compensate my trouble and cost.
Their online store also offers options not available in Canada, such as custom colours. The whole deal took less than 10 days from order to delivery to my door. Now that, is customer service!
