Can anyone inform me about what the price range would be to sell a new in case Shiloh Hartford with mid range sights, fire blued, pewter tip, full octogon barrel, and escutcheon?

A lot depends on the barrel length. Also would be the grade of wood and the finish that was applied as well as the metal finish. Is it the regular colour case, or french grey or the bone and charcoal pack hardened.

In USD, you are right in the 3,000.00 range if its the MVA sights on it.

I'd just go tco the Shiloh site and add up the prices of the options and go from there. I think that the previous poster is likely pretty close wrt the $3000 range.

Do you plan on selling it on the EE here?
