shipping a NON, PAL-rated airgun out of Canada?

Question for you all~a guy who works for me wants to buy a non, PAL-rated air rifle and send it to a family member in St. Vincent. Not asking anyone to speculate on whether or not St. Vincent would allow it to enter...rather...if you know whether or not there are any restrictions sending it in the first place?

There should be no problems on this end as it is not considered to be a firearm in Canada. Contacting the St. Vincent police might be a quick way to get started in finding out what is allowed from their end.
