Shipping an 880 round case of 7.62x54R to Ottawa was just a hair under $30. Hope that gives you a bit of a reference point.

UPS does, at least for SFRC. Some people ship ammo through Canada Post but I've heard Canada Post doesn't consent to it. For the responses you got, many shipping employees are unsure in regards to firearms and ammo. Unsure in shipping usually gets you a "no". If buying from SFRC choose UPS for ammo.

I have ordered ammo twice from SFRC, both times UPS was used and delivery was very fast, ordered on tuesday and had it in my hands by friday

Oh yes, I've had ammo shipped by UPS if it comes from an online retailer.
What I meant was if I want to sell some ammo in the EE and then have it shipped from me, that seems to be the issue.

They have a shiping calculator thing on their site just add the thing to your shopping cart and there should be a estimate shipping, click on it and fill it in.
