Does this include ones that received a shipping notice but package has not gone out yet? I got my shipping notice on the 17th, but no updates as of yet from CP, so Im hoping its just sitting at your warehouse awaiting the next package pickup :S

I am in the same boat as you and have been checking periodically. Label has been printed for a little while, but no further action.
