Shipping method change notice!

CUPW has given notice of their intention to strike if things haven't been sorted out on Friday.

We don't want customer packages to be stuck in post offices while there is a strike in progress; so as of today, we will cease shipping via Canada Post and start shipping via Purolator.

Unfortunately, this will be more expensive.

A CR Speed Holster shipped to Edmonton would be $16 from us - Expresspost.

Via Purolator it is $32 Express (1 day) or $21 Ground (4 Day)

Naturally, as soon as the strike threat ends, we will go back to the more economical option.

You do realize that Purolator is owned by Canada Post and there's the chance that the teamsers at Purolator will not cross the CP picket lines?

Purolator may not be your best choice for an alternate

Thanks for the advice, but we are approved by Purolator to ship guns and no other courier (you have to set that up in advance - there is no time to do that wiht DHL, etc.) and we have had an account with them for many years, so that is who we will use.
