Shipping primers

Which courier service can an individual use to ship primer across Canada ? I have around 8 bricks of LRP to move from QC to BC.
The usual courrier like Fedex, ups, dhl dont accept them from individuals.

Funny enough, UPS will take primed brass but not primers

There was a multi-page thread on this same topic last week. Bottom line, we are not aware of any courier in Canada who will ship primers for other than business customers.
