Shipping Shotgun Receiver to USA for Stock Installation

Hi Everyone,

I am planning on purchasing a Soft Touch stock for my Benelli Superport shotgun from Shooter's Emporium. They need me to send the shotgun receiver to them so that they can install it properly. I will only send the receiver without the trigger action, bolt, or barrel.

My question is, do I need an import permit from ATF to send it to Shooter's emporium? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

+1 You're going to have to call them regardless. Call them and post what they say, be very good info to have :)

Most likely there'll be a little paperwork and take some time, but no reason why it shouldn't be ok.
