Shipping Small Longgun Parts to USA

Is it still legal to mail small parts to the US to individuals? Sent several years back but that was before all the firearm proliferation BS. No actions, no handgun parts just non restricted non military bits. Just wondering and don't want to get jammed up by Canadian or American rules. Thanks for any help.

No problem with Canada, it's the US import/export laws that are the problem. Don't go by what a US resident may say is okay to do. 99% do not know importation regulations... there are different classifications of various categories. Basically if a US dealer will send it to you without import/export paperwork, you can do the same.

Thanks for the feedback. True thar a lot of Americans have no idea of BATF restrictions on firearms parts export especially severe penalties eg., 10 and 10 , maximum 10 years imprisonment and 10,000 fines.

IF said part cost $100USD or is a controlled item....you'd better have paid the fee's & have the correct class license.
