Good Afternoon! We are going to have to make some alterations with our shipping options. We will soon only be offering the bi weekly air freight shipping option and no longer offering direct shipping. We are having issue after issue with packages being held up for extended periods of time at customs. The air freight shipping option allows us to get items up much quicker and without the delays.
Also, we are also happy to announce that if you order anything from us that is made outside of the U.S, it appears that customs is not applying the 25% tariff to the non-U.S made items, even though they are being shipped up from the U.S. We have a pretty vast array of products made abroad.
