Its the 1st thing I see when i visit the site, on a large banner, so yes I would say so.

yes I see that, but looking at it and the FAQ it says nothing about restrictions. But the site quoted me close to $40 freight. the FAQ page told me.... "6 How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on size weight and distance to ship the order. We average out the weight of our products firearms and this figure is used with Canada Post’s real-time shipping calculators to figure out the cost to ship to your location. Additional shipping charges may be required on over sized items."
