It used to be shoot to kill, then due to PC reasons they changed it to Shoot to live.... what a dumb world we live in...

Next year it will be shoot to miss.

It was still called Shoot To Kill in the British Army in the 1980s. But it wasn't like that film.

That infantry section in the first part is Canadian, from the accents.

edits: The anti-tank crew is Canadian as well. Actually from the strong sunlight and spruce trees I'm not convinced it's in England: I wouldn't be surprised by Petawawa in summer.
