Shooting three bullpups

she owned that fs2000, good show...and does anyone know why girls start leaning back when they shoot? my lill lady does it some times

Many new shooters tend to stagger their stance too much. Especially those who don't have as much upper body strength. I've seen this with smaller guys too. Have them square up and have them think leaning forward a bit into the rifle. It will give them better balance and put the stock squarely into their shoulder rather than sliding up. It also tends to help them bend their knees a bit rather than the straight up and down form you often see. When they do an overly staggered stance it puts the majority of the weight on the back leg especially near the heel. When they square up they feel more like falling forward but of course they aren't and this helps with recoil. Should help, but you have to keep an eye on them, they will quickly try to revert back to the overly staggered stance and leaning back due to the weight of the rifle. It's natural to try and make it easier to balance the rifle. They don't realize what they are doing is actually making it harder for them.

Cool video. Looks like she had fun.

Yep, exactly. You have to keep giving them positive reinforcement. You'll hear me in the video telling her to lean forward. When she does, she shoots great. After several times she started doing it on her own.

High center of gravity and generally less upper body strength.

Apparently boobs sometimes get in the way too.

You hit this one right on the head! My shotgun shooting gal gets a brutal shotgun hickey on her arms because it might cause pain if she doesn't shoulder properly. The other option is not pleasant for her.

Good on the OP, tell her to let her hair down!

She is a trooper;)

What was her (and what's your) favourite?

Krystal's favorite was the KSG,:shotgun: because she could "hit sh!t with it!" She wasn't hitting much with the FS or the RFB. The shotgun makes things fly all over after a big boom. It's exciting for first timers to see some sort of reaction to the shot.

I love all three.:D
