This one seemed the most accurate,But still wonderd

160gr SPitzer
4831/60.0
Primer fed 215

This shot Horrible.

What kind of rifle do you have, does it do this with factory ammo?

6" group at 100 yards is normally a gun, scope, AND ammo problem. its hard to make most scoped bolt actions shoot that bad!

If I had to guess, I'd say a scope issue, or scope mounting issue. Make sure the mounts are tight, and loctite all the screws on the mount and rings.

I'd also suggest a slower powder than 4350 (although you should be capable of much better groups than you're getting with 4350). With those charges, there's enough air space that you might not be getting consistent ignition - are you using magnum primers? Getting any hangfires ('click...bang' instead of just 'bang')

Things to do

1) check all mounting screws( stock and scope )
2) inspect the bedding and stock for cracks etc.
3) check the scope/try another

Reloading:

1) Are you using the same type of brass for all reloads. I used to use mix of what ever I could find . When I switched to consistant quality brass it made a huge ( 3 inch groups to .8" groups on my ruger) difference.
2) Were your cases properly and consistently trimmed.

My overall experience is that inconsistent brass has more impact than small variations in bullet weight, seating depth, or powder charge.

Try a box of good factory ammo after you check out the gun.
