Any opinions on where in BC (Lower Mainland) I should look for firearms training?

Not CFSC type instruction, but actual shooting instruction?

This isn't for any job type requirement, I'm just an enthusiast looking to learn how to shoot and would like to do so "properly"

I'm interested in long arms and pistols, and eventually IPSC type handgun comps. Any advice?
