Shopping cart dumped at checkout

Tried to order ammo today . After filling out several pages of personal information to simply find out shipping I get to the checkout and they have emptied my cart. Phoned for assistance none given just fill out the forms I've already done.What a waste of time .Will shop elsewhere.
 
Always been satisfied with the service there .I even emailed asking for cheaper shipping and they came up with a solution.
Too bad the site glitched on you.
 
Well it was irritating to jump through all the hoops and get to the checkout and they had the shipping cost and GST but nothing in the cart. All any site needs is your mailing address ,Province , postal code and what goods you are buying. Not your PAL #,expiry date favourite color ,place of birth etc

Sorry, but you have a 12k post count and don't think the require PAL info for buying ammunition online? Was there a long time that the items were in your cart from to the time you checked out? Sounds like it timed out to me.
