I am very new here.....very new!
I am shopping for a handgun and have found a few that I am interested in.
How can I favorite my interested ones, and how can I retrieve my favorites?

CGN is not a store. The site doesn't sell any guns, and does not have any shopping cart functionality built in.

Where did you see those guns that you are interested in? If it was on a dealers website their webstore may have the functions you are looking for, but that will be up to the each individual store.
