short little barrels on 10/22's

I am starting to see lots of these short little barrels on 10/22's. I believe they are made by a company called "dalask". Am I right about this? where does a guy get one of these. Specifically the threaded ones. I took a picture out of the photo's section of one of these guns setup looking soooooo bad ass!! I want one just like it. I have already figured out the stock is a bell and carlson. Any info on who/ where to purchase both stock and barrel?

What kind of accuracy are these little barrels getting? better, worse, the same as factory?

Also I imagine putting one of them on a 10/22 with the butler creek folding stock would reduce the oal to below legal right?

I just sold that stock last week, haha... The Bell & Carlson Anschutz style stock. For the stock check out rimfire sports, they ship to canada for $10usd.

BC Folder needs at least a 17" barrel(if I remember correctly) to be at least 26" OAL.

I measured this info myself:
Compact barrel(16 1/8") the OAL will be ~25"
Standard barrel(18 1/2") works fine, around like ~27" OAL
