Short rail for my mark III target? Tac-Sol?

I really like the short rail like on the 4.5" threaded mark III 22/45 but ruger won't sell that rail seperately. Are there any other options. Can you get a short tactical solutions rail in Canada. Or does anybody else make them ? Thanks for any input
