A few years ago, (about 30 years ago), I had a gun smith build me a long slide cz-75 pre B in 9x21. This was accomplished by using the front inch or so of my backup cz-75 pre B. A small price to pay at the time. I still have my 9x21, but i'd like to rebuild my other cz with the missing front inch of the slide to a 9mm cz.
So here is what I was thinking I'd like to do.
Keep the Standart barrel but have a compensator installed to make up for the missing section of the slide, this will give me a standard length compensated 9mm.
Is this possible?
