Short time hunt

My son and his buddy's moose hunt last day of the season. They left the house at 9am had 2 moose hanging in my shop at 3pm. Great day -9 no wind.

Got to be a great feeling putting that much meat away this time of the year. Planning on doing your own butchering?

I don't mind the smell , and the bears are out on the ice for the winter . We do our own butchering should not take too long with all of the help that shows up. A great for a hunt there was a cow and two calves and these two all together. That is Hudson's bay in the background they were pretty much right on the coast. Brno 7 Mauser and a Weatherby .280 168 Bergers in both. We shall all eat well this winter.
