Shortest 1-4x(or more) scope?

I'm looking for a true 1x power short 1-4x or more powered scope, like the leupold shotgun scope with the 20mm objective lens but would like something shorter than 9.5 inches. Is there such a thing?
 
Elcan Specter DR is really short. Not small or light but short.
IOR had a 1-4x called Pitbull I believe.
US optics SN4 seems pretty short as well.

Knowing your requirements and budget could help.
 
Well the shortest is over 500$. At that budget you should forget the length and try to find the best lens quality and reliability.
I mean a crappy 5" scope isn't better than a crappy 11" scope.
Did you compare the scopes of Bushnell, Burris and Vortex? In the EE you may find a better scope you can afford.
 
I have a weaver dangerous game series 1-5 scope on my browning 450marlin, Basically looking for something like that but cheaper as its going on a rifle with a whole lot less recoil
 
My Elcan Spectre 1.5X6 (7.62X51) is real short and an awsome piece of glass, i sometime use it on my Nemesis and it is dead accurate up to 250 metres... JP.
 
look at the budget guys, nothing over $200-$500, so no elcan, also nothing made in China.

OP, you will not get a true 1 power for anything less than $1000 just doesn't happen. Even Schmidt and Bender short dot at $2800 is Not a true 1 power.

Night force is and March is and they are spendy.

I don't think you will find what you are looking for, within the parameters you've given.
