I'm sure there are several gunsmiths competent to do the work you require, but you need to meet us halfway, and tell us at least what province you live in, before we can make any recommendations...
Regardless of where you live, I'd recommend Barry Jensen of Bits of Pieces in Delta, BC. He's as knowledgeable as any gunsmith, and more than many, and is easy to talk to. He's taken guns to work on from me, in Nova Scotia.
i'm from newfoundland , but then shipping anywhere off the island isn't cheap, it's the quality of work that counts. Id rather send it across to BC knowing that i am getting the job done that i9 wants and i can count on
