Their website says they make barrels themselves with "Patented electrochemical process allows us to rifle and chamber the barrel simultaneously with low tolerances and significant uniformity by applying no mechanical stress on the metal."

No idea, but this process does not seem to translate to increased accuracy nor barrel life. A Remington .308Win barrel will also lasts 5000 rounds and under 1MOA.

I would assume barrel life is only dependent on material of the barrel and bullet velocity / caliber. It's a matter of how fast the particular steel can hold the rifling intact.

If anything a new process would either make it way more precise or more accurate barrel due to less stress than traditional mechanical methods.
