Shot gun blueing

I have a friend with a rusted & pitted Browing Citori 725. The damage is confined to the barrels. His Son borrowed the gun & put it away in a gun case while it was wet from the rain & forgot about it.

He is looking for somewhere he can take this for refinishing, preferably in the GTA or Central Ontario region.
