Shot gun, maybe a stupid question

The reason the things are available at all is because they generally come out of Sweden.

In Sweden, your firearms permit allows you to keep so many of a certain type. If you are at the max and you want another, you have to sell off one of the ones you already have.

Trade-Ex is highly reputable and there are some VERY high-grade guns in there for rock-bottom prices.

Look a little closer.

If the guns got improved modified or cylinder barrel chokes then it would likely be fine for steel shot. And shoot decent as well.

Open up the chokes if the gun is choked full and have at her ( not talking damascus). Lots of people say the barrels are not steel compatible. So what. What does it matter if the bores scratch or the muzzle "bulges" on a $200.00 gun. And that's if it happens. There are many hunters that have been shooting steel through old guns since steel first came out without a problem providing the chokes are open enough.
