Shot My 9mm Non Rest. Storm Today...

Well it was actually yesterday.
My Storm arrived last week (mid-week) and it was driving me nutz wanting to go and shoot it right now, but with afternoon shift calling I waited till days off.
I was given several hundred rounds of 125grn lead cast bullets loaded with 3.8 grns of bullseye I think it was.

The gun came with two 10round mags. and a couple of accessory rails and no instructions! It was off to Google and a quick search for that bit of info.

It sports a 19 inch barrel with some form of muzzle brake or flash hider ?? I don't know what you call it, but it does add some weight forward and really I am totally new to muzzle flip from pistol ammo. so it really is of little concern to me at this point.

Here is a picture of the gun and and a target shot using the peep sites only. This was at 10 paces.

I am looking at making a sling found on the Beretta Forum and looking at sighting devices (red dot or Halo types )

One of the micro red dots is likely what you're after.


I have one just like yours, minus the brake. Love it. The only semi-auto I still own.

I have a 9mm restricted with the micro and it is perfect I want to make it nonrestricted, but every time I get the 500 bucks together I buy another gun instead!

I've always like the storm, just couldnt get past the restricted part. Very comfortable gun to shoot and 10 round mags are always fun too!

Give 147 ammo a try. They seem to like this weight better.

I put the M21 sight from my Tavor on mine. Great combination.

Epoxy7, thanks for the input on the sight and the bullet weight .
Any input on Blue Dot powder ?
One last bit is there something to assist with loading those magazines?
I mean I am not a MMA fighter , nor am I a lil girlie man , but wehn I get down to the 7th or 8 th round in the mag. the next two are pretty dam tight .
Anyone?
