Why do people give an 'opinion' as to status. 40mm launchers are non restricted unless named prohib by OIC.

But with barrel lengths less than 18", wouldn't these be classed restricted..?

Not to mention, good luck buying any type of round for it, even if they are non-res...

But I hope you can prove me wrong...

they weren't even guns untill a couple years ago when strangeday lost his in the mail and the RCMP #### themselfs when they found it. now they need to be registered. and yes would be based on barrel lengh

Actually since they aren't semi auto it's just overall length.
