This year Kahles released a compact 3.5-18x50mm version of thier popular K624i FFP rifle scope. Those who follow PRS will know that the K624i is one of the most popular scopes among those who make it to the Finale match for the past few years since it's introductions. The new K318i will likely be a big hit in the PRS Gas Gun series where smaller shorter versions of popular scopes are more the norm. The intent is clearly to compete with the Vortex 3-18x50mm Razor II and the Nightforce 4-16x42mm ATACR F1.
The sample shown on range day included the popular SMRK3 reticle. The MSR reticle is also available. The elevation turrets is larger and features 16 mils / turn vs. 14 mils / turn on the K624i.

Size comparison to the K624i.

Update
A critical new feature was omitted then the scope was presented at range day yesterday. The K318i also has a locking windage turret.

Windage turret locked.

Windage turret unlocked.
