SHOT SHOW 2020: Reloading for 6.5 Creedmoor?

Stopped at the Hodgdon's booth see if they had anything new to share; this one may be of interest to 6.5 Creedmoor reloaders. The promised performances are rather impressive. We'll have to try and see if the powder lives up to them.

They seem to be making a big deal out of it being ball, hence the name etc.

It should meter good - most Winchester ball powders do in my experience.

Apparently it's more temperature stable than most spherical powders, but less than even average extruded powders. Probably won't beat Varget in temperature stability, though Varget is pretty mediocre for max velocity in the 6.5 creedmoor.

So does Hogdon make the stuff and label it as Winchester? In my personal experience, anything with the name Winchester has been crap.

" and others"...hmmmmm...wonder if the old 6.5x55 would fall into this love trap of stability ?? Love to try some for my 708 as well
