Shot Show interview with the owner of Tangent Theta

Thanks for posting that video, its nice to see them getting out there now and the great reviews after all the work and testing they put into it.

Andrew is an absolute gentleman. Always has time to answer questions and is genuinly interested in shooter feedback. Had a great conversation regarding future reticle options for the P-series scopes. Hopefully a floating dot and .2 mil wind holds are in the future.

This just reinforced why I went with a TT525p. The quality is outstanding. Turrets are freaking awesome, especially the tool-less rezero. They really are a class act, nothing but good things to say about the scope.

How many designers/engineers/owners do you see at competitions talking to shooters AND actually competing?

Andy does!

And he is very good at his sport, knows his stuff but so open to new ideas / suggestions even if they aren't so smart :)

I have met him a few times over the last few years and impressed enough with HIM to know the product (tangent theta) would work as offered.

So far, I have been very impressed with both company AND product.

A review of the TT5-25 will be in the not too distant future...

Jerry

Seriously, they need to hire a marketing guru...

Why?

So they can be backordered 2 yrs?

Kidding aside, keeping above the noise is really important for any new company so I fully understand what you are saying. For now, they are backordered upwards of 1 year. The market is speaking loud and clear for them and what it is saying is keeping TT too busy.

Aren't we supposed to be in a recession?

Jerry

Andy is indeed a really great guy and excellent shooter, its always a pleasure to get to shoot with him and some of the other people working on these scopes.

I look forward to reading your review Jerry.

Well, if the scope world is like the Bow world... every single one of them. I'd be prepared to set a little wager, if we had any way to find out. I bet more that 50% of the engineering office for any 1st tier scope manufacturer is composed of shooting enthusiasts.
