Shotgun bore honing

Does anyone know a gunsmith in Canada that can hone/ream a .410 shotgun barrel for Me? Would like to get my wingmaster .410 opened up from full choke to light modified.

I'm also looking for someone to open up and old 12ga Stevens from full to modified. Any good smiths in Ontario?

Is there anyone in Vancouver who can do a 12 gauge SxS? I want both barrels opened to modified

Ellwood Epps in Orillia has done a few for us. I think it was about $80 per barrel
