Shotgun choke installation

Is there a good smithy in Manitoba that installs interchangeable chokes in older shotguns with fixed chokes? Info appreciated.

I have e-mailed several Manitoba 'gun stores' recently and no one can be bothered to answer me.

on what gun?
in the case of an 870, for example, it is often more prudent to buy a 26-28" vent rib, 3" chamber Rem-Choke take-off barrel on the EE for $150 than it is to tap some old plain, 30" fixed choke barrel for $100 and then spend $30-50 on a choke.
