Anybody have ideas of where to look for a new front sight (preferable a fiberoptic style) for a Remington 887 Nitro Mag? Found a couple American places, but was hoping to find something in Canada

Walk into any local gun store they will have tons.

Fibre optic on a bird gun is kind of a gimmick anyhow. You should be paying attention to the bird your shooting at not the bead.

How ever I use the front and rear turkey sights (magnetic or tape on) fibers on my deer gun (which is shot like a rifle). And they work great.

I disagree. I'm disappointed at what local gun stores and big box stores offer for shotgun beads and sights...

Trying to find a basic bead is a chore. Let alone an XS or a fiber optic that's half decent. Found a fiber optic for my 18.5" breacher barrel for a mossberg at cabelas, its okay. Has yet to fall off. Very little selection at the local gun stores.
