Shotgun Target Loads

Can the challenger 12g handicap target loads be used for upland hunting? Would ethical kills be achieved? Im looking at crappy tire the case for 70 bucks

Looking for grouse mostly and whatever else I might spot along the way.

Perfect for small game and upland game. Not legal for turkey in Ontario however. I use reloads of 7/8 oz

i've used trap loads on upland birds for years, reloads and new. they work great.
the challengers at canadian tire have been 3 dram, a little bonus.
