Shotshell pressure testing service in Canada?

Did a brief forum search but didn't see anything. I'm aware of places in US and UK that accept shells from handloaders for proofing at a reasonable price - any place in Canada?

I have used the gov't explosives lab at Bells Corners, Ontario (Ottawa) to test ammo. They charge a modest fee, but I don't know if they do it for landholders. I had a manufacturer's license at the time (I was technical Director of an ammo company.)

Their output was in metric units, which is annoying.
