Should I be worried?

I usually just neck size for my 300wsm until its pretty tight to close the bolt, usually after 4 shots or so this happens then I full length it. My case length is still in spec just have zero headspace. I have to push hard to close bolt and I still shoot it anyway even if it seems a little too tight. Is there much risk doing this or should I pull the bullets on these rounds.

You should be fine if your length is ok. You might want to adjust your FL die down a bit until the bolt is snug but not real tight. If its all the way down you need to take a bit of metal off the top of your shell holder to set the shoulder back far enough. Very common problem.

Neck sizing

Are you useing an actual neck sizing die or just partialy resizing the neck with F/L dies ? If using F/L dies just set them back to just touch the place where the neck meets the shoulder without pushing it back and creating headspace !

Im using actual neck sizing dies, just worried one day im going to bar one into there and blow up something. But im prob just a chicken....

As long as it is not the neck you are pushing into the throat area that is making it hard to chamber.....the only thing that may be affected in accuracy.

In my comp guns, if I get a round that chambers tight, I remove it from the chamber and put in another round. I have shot enough of those "tight fit" cases to know that they do not always go where they should.

Thanks guys, I think Ill just pull them. Its only a few that are real tight that bother me and I dont want to wreak the bolt.
