Should i sell a couple pump guns and buy a semi??

I have 4 pump shotguns and thinking of buying a semi , i would have to sell 2 pumps for extra funds/safe space , what to part with? such a tough choice help me out lol ? all these shotguns run flawless love them all ... Also i need help on what semi shotgun to pick ? Is there a short barrel Benelli M4 available anywhere ?

And buy hatsen optima escort MPA from theammosouce.com, great semi with all the extras, ghost ring site, heat sheild, flash hider, top rail, pistol grip and holds 2 shells in the stock. Check it out for about $429 i got one, and happy with it.
 
I would keep the moss and sell the rest but thats just me, You will love the auto and forgot the rest soon enough. My dad has an 1100 and its as smooth as glass, I would consider a Winchester Super X2 or 3

I see you mention benelli m4. I haven't shot the m4 but I own a m2 field and am very pleased with it. The inertia driven system tames the magnum slugs quite nicely. I also have experience shooting the super black eagle II and the super vinci. So light and able to quickly get rounds on target with minimal shoulder discomfort. Obviously the m4 would be the sweetest choice but also the most pricey. Maybe a good option is an m2 tactical? Were you thinking hunting/skeet or home defense?

What kind of track record does the MPA have? Does anyone have one that has shot thousands of rounds ? anyone had breakages or issues with it? Not sure if i would sell the M590A1 thats a true military grade gun and buy some Turkish M4 knock off ..??

The gun would be for fun / home defense / bear and cougar defense .. I have always wanted a Benelli m4 , is there a 14.5 inch barrel version ?

I dont think so? dont see why ,i have seen a few short M4s in the pic thread ? Does barrel length matter for a semi auto shotgun to be non restricted? or just overall length like pumps? I will send you a PM if i decide to sell that one , likely i will sell the 500 and keep the 590.
 
Go for the Benelli M4, maybe one the best shotgun out there, after your first shells in your M4 you will sell the 2 other pumps as well... JP.

The M4 Super 90 has the 14" barrel and its restricted. A few other Benelli semis are on the prohib list. I hear parts and service are tough to find for the Hatsan but they seem decent for the money. I handled the MPA-TS instore and it felt very cheap to me but I've never owned or shot one. Both the M4 and MPA will hold their resale value so you're not taking much risk in buying used.
 
The mpa hasten, I have shot over 600 though it since April, without 1 fail anything, or any hick ups, didn't need to break in anything for it to work smoother either! It's a score, and or the price and all the extras double the fun. Looks awesome tactical as well.
 
M4 is going to be more than all four.
Keep the 500/590 pair and scrap the excess.

Consider a 930 to stick with the theme, would be cheaper too.

This makes perfect sense to me!
What doesn't make sense are Restricted shotguns.....but that's me.
 
The hatsan MP-A and the Mossberg 930 both do not add up to the cost of a Benelli - owning all 3 shotguns and beating the snot out of all them (IPSC & IDPA) ... the Benelli still comes out on top for everything.

The problem is the cost. $2100 ....vs. $450 MP-A $500 Mossberg 930

Is it worth the wait. ............ yes.
**My M4 is RESTRICTED - I dont care that it is since all this sees is paper & steel targets at sanctioned ranges. If u like crown land / cottage shooting then go with the NON restricted version. **

What are you running for shells? I just bought the mpa-ts and found that anything under 1200 fps and it won't cycle properly! Over 1200 and its flawless!!

I was told the Benelli will cycle everything high brass or low ? And i know the Remington Versamax will too ,, sounds like the MPA does not.. does the Moss 930? Thats a huge deal for me that it can run cheap skeet shot ....
