I have recently gotten back into reloading, and decided to give the new wet tumblers a try , for cleaning brass. I have used RCBS and Lyman dry vibratory case cleaners, and they were okay over the years. I took delivery of the large double ended Frankford Arsenal wet tumbler and was anxious to see if it was as good as it was portrayed. I loaded it up with some dirty brass, followed the instructions, BUT, left out the stainless pins. No matter how hard I tightened both ends, there was alittle dripping of water. I put a towel under it , on the floor in the basement and let her rip. An hour and half later, rinsed the brass emptied on a towel on a cookie sheet, and the brass looked brand new. I decided to give Frankford a call to see if they had any suggestions regarding the small leak. 100 % customer satisfaction, 6 days later, I had a whole new tub, inclusive of new ends, screw tops and washers , UPS to my door. It's nice to deal with a company that still believes in customer satisfaction.

I had a good experience with them too.
I bought that same unit as you.
I bought it online and somewhere along its journey to me it must have had something heavy dropped or piled on it.
The housing was cracked in between the rollers and when the tub was loaded it wouldn’t turn.
I could hear the drive mechanism clashing inside.
I emailed Frankford and they asked for photos then sent me a whole new unit free of charge.
Nice customer service!

Well, I bought an M Press, damaged in shipping. They told me that they do not ship to Canada. I have sent the press back, and won't be buying anything branded Frankford. This thread was one of the reasons i bought the Frankford M Press.

I have one of their hand primers and extremely happy with it. That's the only FA product I have no complaints.

All of my brass prep stuff is FA - no issues with any of it in years so I can't complain. Haven't had to use the "help line" yet, but if I do, my warranty would have expired by then anyway.

Actually, with the press, they claim Warranty is "life time"; guess I am dead. LOL
