So, I bought a gun from Kelly's recently and I decided to get some extra mags. Ordered them online. A small mistake on the address of the package resulted in it being sent back to Kelly's by Canada Post. Kelly's picked it up, re-labelled and re-sent it right away, and I got them a few days later. All good...

But then it got better. Some industrious character at Kelly's saw that a mistake was made, grabbed some more magazines, packaged them up and sent them to me. In other I got two sets of mags for the price of one.

I believe in honesty and paying for what I get, so I called them and let them know what happened...fully expecting to ship the 2nd package back to Kelly's from my office (which is no big deal).

Their response: "Oh well, bit of a screw-up on our part, enjoy your free mags. Think of us when you're buying your next gun."
So this is a well-deserved shout-out to Kelly's.

It's great to hear accounts such as this. Honesty on the part of both parties is always the right thing to do. Cudos to you both on being honest, in a world that typically is lacking in that department.
 
Thumbs up to both you and Kelly's.

Every time I hear about someone saying they through a tantrum in a store ,
because they found one item that was priced wrong and demanded it for the lesser price.
I am just hoping it ends with someone getting thrown out on the side walk.

This post gives me hope in humanity .

Ya, I hadn't either. I was looking for a specific gun and they had it at a good price. And they do free shipping for $250+, so that was a bonus for me. The shipping was pretty quick too.

Anyway, that's two positive purchasing experiences for this gun-nut.
