Just received my new kydex holster in FDE, custom made for the Sig + TLR-1 light; perfect fit and awesome workmanship IMO.

Hey I have that exact holster but in black! Solely Canadian is awesome and we are lucky to have them. People south of the border are waiting months for similar holsters that he ships out in a week. I have about six or seven of his products now. Very high quality.

Yup it's nice to support a small Canadian operation that puts out good product in a short time frame, with another new pistol enroute will def be using their services again!
 
Nice Sig and nice holster.

I just received my first holster from Solely Canadian a few weeks ago, and I'll be getting another with my next semi-auto purchase. It's nice to be able to support a Canadian company, and it's pretty obvious that Tim takes pride in his work; the product is outstanding.
 
Haven't really noticed that aspect one way or another; it does work fine with or without the light attached though, didn't mention that earlier :) .
 
Last night I received the holster that I ordered from Solely Canadian for my inbound HK VP9. I have to say that I am very impressed with it. Every bit as good (if not actually better quality) as the handful of Raven Concealment holsters that I have. My VP9 has a threaded barrel as well so the bottom of the holster is opened up to accommodate. I'll know for sure when the gun arrives, but it doesn't look like there should be any problems.

A1t first I was a little disappointed that the holster didn't fully cover the extended portion of the barrel like the Raven ones do, but when I compare it to the Raven holster I have for my Walther PPQ (also threaded extended barrel), I appreciate how much more compact the Solely Canadian holster is. There is a lot of extra material on the Raven to make the whole holster tall enough to cover the extended barrel.

I'll definitely buy from Solely Canadian again!

Good point, even for the full fame pistol like the P226, wearing w/holster is very easy.

Thanks for the reply. I wonder if Tim can trim/mold the Kydex to satisfy the best of both worlds: cover the TB and remain compact.
I also need supressor height sights and RMR accomodation ... maybe even a light ... and would be amazed if it would work with/without light and/or with/without rmr.
too much to ask?
 
Yeah after buying my first Solcan holster my ravens hit the ee and most people that have seen them agree that their better quality for a far better price.

its kydex, i find the soley a bit thicker than the raven (i have both for my mp9)
i would order from time, and will if he canmake what i need next go
