I had an issue with a rifle I bought from them. I called them to ask where i would send it for Warranty service, and right from the get go he said do nothing we will take care of it. They sent me a pre- paid return label to ship my rifle I didn't have to lift a finger. They were polite and courteous from the beginning to end and didn't ask me to do anything but ship rifle. This company is top notch with customer service and have a great bunch of employee's that work for them.
i would recommend everyone to do business with them. In the dictionary under the meaning of great company and customer service, it should just say see "Wanstalls". thank you everyone Dave.W

I ordered a restricted from them on Mon. 7th, arrived today, Tues. 15th
That's nothing short of a amazing. Getting through the B.C. CFO, and B.C. to ON., by Canada Post.
Wanstalls certainly did their part, in performing this miracle. Their customer service is #1 for sure!

I've bought a couple of guns from them now, always good service and great guys to deal with....now just waiting for that Nemesis order to arrive!!!!
 
I recently sent an email to them through their site around this time - midnight. I had a response immediately in the morning, plus a few more emails back and forth and I'm now waiting for a rifle to come in. Excellent service I thought and will definitely get more of my business.
 
Completed my first transaction with Wanstalls for a new firearm last week ,very fast and prompt service and delivery.

Same here,ordered a SU 16F got it really fast BC-QC,they forgot to put the LAR15 mag with the su16,contact them and my mag is in the mail,no hassle,no headache.
