I just had the best customer experience and I thought it was worth sharing.
While placing an order for a KWC M712 bb CO2 and another co2 bb. the price of the KWC went up while in my cart. Think it was a glitch.
This was during a boxing day special and I was not going to pay full price on that. I then saw the Umarex M712 for 143$ on special.
Ordered that and another 160$ gun. Later, I saw the KWC was back at the sale price of 166$.
I sent an email through their website asking to replace the Umarex by the KWC (and I would pay the difference). What happened next was totally unexpected. Not only did they reply but I got a call from RA and a really nice guy explained that he will give me the 166$ KWC for the 143$ price I paid???
Where else can you get such great customer care??
I will definitely buy way more stuff from them.
