It's a valid question but useful to answer.
Here are the 2 most used (and widely garnered for that matter) 'scout' mounts for the SKS 45:

1. BC Tactical:

This rail has 4 negative slots/grooves.

2. Scout Scope Mount

This rail has 7 negative slots/grooves.

Measure the length of your optic between the mounting bolts and fit accordingly.
Spacing from each slot center is 10mm. The math is easy.

Don't know about the BC Tactical, but I have the Scout Scope and the Bushnell TRS25 fits good on it and there is still room left if I want to change for something bigger.
