SIAST taking over firearms test???

I've heard from a fairly reliable source SIAST is taking over testing for firearms courses in Sask. Has anyone else heard the same thing?????

I heard that as well, it well probably be a long expensive boring course.

Call your MLA if in Sask. The prov. gov't opted out of the federal gun control scheme and SIAST is funded by the province. This is Bull#### and opens the door wide open to huge fees for same. The Wildlife federation was asked to do this and in the middle of negotiations the CFO gave it to SIAST. The Wildlife Federation has the organization provincial wide to administer this.

Interesting isn't it?? SIAST won't allow firearms on Campus. How and where are they going to make this happen fairly and equitably without invoking the wrath of the want-to-be firearms owners and users?? Oh - wait. is this another way for the Gun Control fraternity to take more guns off the street?? It will be interesting to see if they make it work the way it should.
