Just ordered mine good first spotting scope for myself and at that price well i wouldnt argue.

Let us know how well it works and where it's made when you get it. I've had a 15-45x60 Spacemaster (made in Japan) for about 15 years now and no complaints other then at full power eye relief is pretty critical. Check Blacks/Source for a decent tripod, the ones they come with are pretty useless.

Update! On my 3rd or 4th time out with it, I took it out of its case to find a huge chunk of the internals had fallen out and it was completely broken..
Sent it back and will stick to something with a better warranty..
