Side charging handle upper for AR-15, who & where ??

I'll take some pics of my Dlask Side Cocker if you want to see the bolt mod,I'll put them up tomorrow if you guys want to see what is involved.

I would like to see that.

Can an upper be easily modified to make it a non-recipricating side cocker ??

no, the modification for a non-reciprocating upper is a pretty big deal. Look at the links and you can see all sorts of differences in the upper. the block that sits where the charging handle used to go, the railed piece that slides in on the left hand side for the handle, tons of differences.
